Session 1¶
Chairs: Nasir Rajpoot, Mitko Veta
08:30-08:50
Opening, LYSTO introduction, Release LYSTO test set
08:50-09:30
Invited talk: Jonny Hancox, NVIDIA¶
"Challenges of Deep Learning at Scale"
Deep Learning in Medical Imaging is particularly difficult owing to the large, multi-dimensional images and extremely subtle features. Nowhere is this challenge more profound than Computational Pathology with its huge, high resolution images. In this talk Jonny will outline some of the specific issues that are unique to this domain and how NVIDIA and its customers and partners are seeking to address these challenges.
